Cardinham School prides itself on high standards in Reading, Writing, GPS and Maths and expects to exceed the National average in these areas.

Since 2013-14, Cardinham School has been in partnership with Lanivet School, becoming a formal federation in February 2016.  The schools are now known as the Wheal prosper Federation.

Opportunities for collaborative working have ensured there have been significant improvements in the standards children achieve by the end of Year 6 as shown by above average KS2 SAT results.

There have been considerable changes to the manner in which children are assessed in recent years.
