Local Monitoring Committee

The Local Monitoring Committee (LMC) plays a vital role in supporting and challenging the school to ensure the very best outcomes for all children. Our committee members meet regularly throughout the year and are a familiar presence within the school, with pupils knowing who they are and understanding their role. Each LMC member has a specific area of responsibility and works closely with different members of staff to monitor, support and celebrate developments across the school. Their dedication, expertise and commitment help shape the strategic direction of the school and ensure high standards are maintained. We are fortunate to have a wonderful team of LMC members, co-chaired by Fin Irwin and Sophie Searle, whose leadership and enthusiasm help strengthen our school community.
